From there, we’ll create a personalised plan that fits into your life. It will be practical, realistic, and enjoyable.
You’ll also receive three 30-minute follow-up consultations, designed to support you as you implement changes. These sessions allow us to track your progress, adapt your plan as needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
Consultations are delivered online via Google Meet.
